Refund Terms:

• 10 business days refund period from return date
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds issued in original payment method

Eligible for Refund:

• Unworn sneakers in original condition
• Sneakers with manufacturing defects
• Sneakers that don’t match the description

Refund Amount:

• Full refund for the purchase price
• Refund of shipping costs (if applicable)

• Provide reason for refund and photos (if applicable)
• Follow our return shipping process

How do I get my refund?

• If you paid with Instant EFT, Debit or Credit Card you’ll get cash back.
• If you’re returning by courier, we’ll need to inspect your items first. Once they’re approved, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days for all local clients within South Africa and 7 business days for all international clients outside of South Africa.
• Refunds can take up to 10 days to reflect back in your account.
